Dear Member:
On the other side of this letter you will find the Final Report for the March 2021 CTU General Election. Also enclosed is the pink ballot, a pre-addressed stamped return envelope, and the election issue of the Critique. Please read these directions carefully to ensure your vote is secure and counted.
To vote in the March 2021 CTU General Election, you must do the following:
- Mark your ballot.
- Fold and place your marked ballot in the return envelope.
- Seal the return envelope.
- PRINT and SIGN your name on the BACK of the return envelope in ink on the lines provided. If your printed name on the back of the return envelope is not legible, your vote will not be counted.
- Mail the return envelope immediately through U.S. mail. Do not put ballots in school mail.
REMEMBER, MAIL YOUR BALLOT IMMEDIATELY! Ballots MUST be postmarked on or before Friday, March 12, 2021. Send ballots to: The League of Women Voters of Greater Cleveland, CTU Election Committee, P.O. Box 202150 Cleveland, Ohio 44120. For questions or concerns about your ballot, call The League of Women Voters at 216.694.8108.
Enclosed is the election edition of the Critique containing information on each candidate. Additional information on candidates can be found at http://bit.ly/ctucandidateinfo.
By following the above procedures, you will ensure your ballot is both valid and secret. Your name will be checked against the CTU membership records. If you have questions about this procedure, contact the Nominations & Elections Committee at 216.861.7676, ext. 230.
